- Where it’s storedSome of the providers we use store data outside Australia. We tell you which ones during scoping.
- Calls stay on the boxIn our CRM, call audio is transcribed on our own server. Only the text goes to the AI model.
- Paid AI onlyClient data goes to paid AI services with commercial terms that exclude training. Never to free or China-hosted AI tools.
- You set the limitsYou choose what agents do on their own and what always comes to you.
- Your requestsAsk to see, correct or delete your data and we answer within 30 days.
