A website that chases the lead, not one that just looks nice
Most small-business sites are a good-looking dead end. The form emails an inbox nobody watches, and the enquiry sits there until you get to it, which is after dinner. We build the site and wire it to an operator that answers and chases the lead the minute it lands.
The problem is not the website. It is what happens after the form
You can have the sharpest site in your trade. If the enquiry it captures lands in an inbox you check at 9pm, you are still losing the job to whoever replied at 9:05.
A lead that gets a reply in minutes books more often than one that hears back tomorrow. You know this from your own missed enquiries. The site is the easy half. The follow-up is where the money is, and that is the half most builds ignore.
What we build
A clean, fast site or landing page for your service business, then the part almost nobody else does: we wire every enquiry straight into your CRM and hand it to an operator.
- A site that loads fast and reads clearly on a phone, because that is where your customers are.
- Every form, quote request and callback wired into the CRM you already run, not a spreadsheet.
- An operator that answers the enquiry in your wording within minutes, day or night.
- Follow-ups chased on a schedule until the customer books or goes cold, without you remembering to.
The site is the start, not the finish
Think of the website as the front door and the operator as the person who actually answers it. On its own, a site collects enquiries. Wired to the operator, it replies, books the job and chases the quote that went quiet on day three.
You can start with just the site if that is all you need today. Most owners add the operator once they see how many enquiries were quietly going cold in the inbox.
It runs on your systems, and you own it
The site, the domain, the CRM, the customer data: yours. We build on the accounts you already pay for, and when you leave you export the lot and take it with you. Nothing is locked to us.
We ran this on our own company first. Our Canberra smart-home business takes most of its leads through Meta ad forms, and the operator syncs every one into the CRM, sends the morning action list and chases the follow-ups. Since December 2025 that is 337 leads through the system, 267 of them from Meta. Same wiring, whether the enquiry comes from an ad or your website.
What it costs
The website build is a one-off, quoted on the call once we can see the scope. If you want the operator running behind it, that is the same public pricing as the rest of what we do.
| Plan | Monthly | For |
|---|---|---|
| Site only | One-off | We build the site wired to your CRM, then hand it over |
| Partner | $800 | Site plus a light-touch operator, check-ins and tweaks |
| Managed | $2,000 | Site plus full operator: enquiries answered and chased. Most clients |
| Full Ops | $3,800 | Teams past $100K a year in admin wages |
Common questions
- Can you just build the website without the operator?
- Yes. Site only is a one-off build wired to your CRM, then handed over. You can add the operator later when you want the enquiries answered and chased for you.
- Do I lose my current website or domain?
- No. You keep your domain and your data. We build on the accounts you already own, and if you ever leave you export everything and take it with you.
- How is this different from a normal web designer?
- A web designer hands you a site and walks away. We wire the site to a CRM and an operator, so the enquiry it captures actually gets answered and followed up instead of sitting in an inbox.
